PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely guide a user to a destination the address of which is not registered. SOLUTION: A system is equipped with a navigation apparatus 1 comprising: a building information providing means (included in 3) which is installed at a building and provides outside attribute information of the building containing at least information representing the address and location of the building; a surrounding information providing means (included in 3) which is installed at the building and provides outside surrounding information containing at least information representing the address and location of another building existing in a prescribed area around the building; a map data holding means which holds map data; a current position determining means which determines the current position; an attribute information acquiring means which acquires the attribute information from the building information providing means; a surrounding information acquiring means which acquires the surrounding information from the surrounding information providing means; and a navigation means which provides guidance information for guiding the user to the destination based on the map data, the current position, the attribute information and the surrounding information.
