PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator container structure in which capacity components generated between a piezoelectric element and a lid body are suppressed and the connection of the piezoelectric element and a conductive adhesive is not made incomplete by an impact on falling. SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric oscillator container, the piezoelectric element 10 is loaded in the internal space of a rectangular insulating container 1, a metallic rectangular lid body 4 in the form of covering the opening 9 of the insulating container 1 is arranged at the peak part of the side wall 3 of the insulating container 1, the piezoelectric element 10 inside the insulating container 1 is airtightly sealed by fixing the lid body 4 and a metallic layer provided on the peak part of the side wall 3, and a semiconductor component 15 is housed in an airtightly sealed back surface container. On the lid body 4 used for airtightly sealing the piezoelectric element 10, a projection part 6 is formed on the side of the piezoelectric element 10 at least on the opening end side of the piezoelectric element 10 (so as to narrow the interval of the piezoelectric element 10 and the lid body 4 on the open end side on the opposite side of a holding end).
