PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor and its manufacturing method, wherein an excellent dielectric characteristic is attained even when a dielectric layer is reduced in thickness. SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor comprises an external electrode 3 at an end of a capacitor main body 1 formed by alternately laminating an inner electrode layer 7, and a dielectric layer 5. The inner electrode layer 7 is a composite metal formed of any one type of sulfur, boron, phosphorus and carbon, and a metal matrix 21 made of nickel containing manganese or magnesium, and the dielectric layer 5 comprises contact dielectric particles 9a coming into contact with the inner electrode layer 7, and noncontact dielectric particles 9b not coming into contact with the inner electrode layer 7.
