PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-fabricate organic electroluminescent element having a sufficient luminance and exhibiting excellent stability and durability in which the area can be increased. SOLUTION: At least one organic compound layer of an organic electroluminescent element comprising one or a plurality of organic compound layers contains at least one kind of charge transportation polyester, at least one organic compound layer contains a luminescent low molecular weight compound performing fluorescence, and the charge transportation polyester consists of a repeating unit including a specific structure as a partial structure.
