PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic sheet laminated body for noise suppression which can tolerate many times of bending operations, and therefore is applicable to a portion which needs bending durability. SOLUTION: The composite magnetic sheet laminated body for noise suppression comprises a composite magnetic sheet 2 containing at least soft-magnetic powder and a binder, and an organic polymer film 10 stacked on at least one face of the composite magnetic sheet 2. In the composite magnetic sheet 2, there are at least a plurality of nearly linear cutouts 3 formed in one direction, and at least one layer of the organic polymer film 10 out of the organic polymer films has no cutouts.
