PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems of a conventional monitoring system that environmental abnormality occurrence of a wooden structure is merely decided by whether a value of measurement data exceeds a specific threshold value or not, there is a risk of causing serious quality degradation leading to degradation of earthquake resistance or the like; and that relation with outside air of the outdoors of the wooden structure is not considered at all in the measurement data of humidity or the like in the wooden structure, so that analysis of the measurement data is insufficient, and there is a risk of missing serious environmental abnormality leading to corrosion progress. SOLUTION: This wooden structure monitoring system has: measurement sensors 13, 14 measuring surrounding environment of the wooden structure 2; a measurement controller 12 collecting and classifying the measurement data from the structure measurement sensors 13, 14, and transmitting them to a network 3 such as the Internet; and a quality management device 7 presuming quality of the wooden structure 2 on the basis of the measurement data from the measurement controller 12.
