PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic toner for electrostatic charge image development that can stably supply prints of high image quality even when an environment such as temperature and humidity changes. SOLUTION: The nonmagnetic toner for electrostatic charge image development contains colored particles formed by a method including a process of granulating particles in an aqueous dispersion medium containing a dispersion stabilizer, wherein the volume average particle size of the colored particles is 3 to 10μm, an adsorbed water content of the nonmagnetic toner for electrostatic charge image development at 32°C and 80% humidity is 0.1 to 0.25 wt.%.
