PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic reciprocating fluid device of high efficiency in total by increasing copper use quantity in coil to reduce copper loss while maintaining output, and limiting weight of an armature. SOLUTION: In the magnetic reciprocating fluid device, magnetic pole members 11, 12 in which induction coils 16, 18 are fitted and established are oppositely arranged at both side positions of a magnetic armature 56 connected to an end part of a piston reciprocating in a cylinder. The magnetic armature 56 includes an outer circumference surface which consists of arch shape side surfaces 56a, 56a facing opposing surfaces 10a, 12a of the magnetic pole members 11, 12and flat surfaces 56b, 56b between the side surfaces. Interval between the side surfaces 56a, 56a facing the magnetic pole members can be kept large without increasing weight as compared to one formed in a cylindrical shape by providing flat surfaces 56b, 56b. Consequently, since interval between the magnetic pole members can be made large, establishment to the electric pole member of an ignition coil reducing copper loss by increasing copper using quantity is enabled.
