PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate hot water from water by feeding the water of an amount according to a used amount by discharging and utilizing all amount of liquid in a liquid tank. SOLUTION: The liquid tank 11 comprises a supply part 12 and a discharge part 13. The valve 14 of the supply part 12 can be opened according to the height of the level of the liquid. A float 15 floating on the liquid level surface is fitted to one end of an arm member 16, and a member opening and closing the valve 14 of the supply part 12 is fitted to the other end. When the valve 14 of the supply part 12 is closed due to the rise of the liquid level, the float 15 is secured at a valve closing position. To separate the float 15 from the secured state, two poles N and S forming a magnetic fixing means are installed at proper positions on the float 15 and the liquid level surface. The float 15 comprises a valve opening means formed of a floating part 22a and a weight 22b and in which, when the floating part 22a is exposed out of the liquid due to the lowering of the liquid level, the total weight of the float 15, the floating part 22a, and the weight 22b surpasses the fixing force of the magnetic fixing means 17 so that the float 15 magnetically secured at the valve closing position can be separated.
