PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for obtaining a cosmetic that easily removes horny plug, is simply washed away by washing with water and has excellent removal effect on horny plug. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises (A) a carbonic acid diester (especially dicaprylyl carbonate) and (B) a polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester (especially a polyoxyethylene glycerin triisostearate) combinedly used in a cosmetic base and has excellent removal effect on horny plug.
