PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stably producing an ALC panel free from void without being affected by factors such as the quality variation of raw materials or the seasonal variation. SOLUTION: In the method of producing an ALC panel by pouring raw material slurry into a molding flask to foam and harden and to cure with high temperature high pressure steam, the time while the thermal expansion coefficient of the raw material slurry in a foaming and hardening step is in a range of 0.0035-0.0045°C<SP>-1</SP>is controlled to be within 10 min by controlling the content of the aluminum powder having≤44μm particle diameter to 65-75 wt.%, the ratio of water/solid by weight of water to solid material to 0.55-0.65 and the temperature of the raw material slurry in the pouring to the molding flask to 40-45°C.
