PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pre-operation type sprinkler system having a drainage means actuated when a sprinkler head undergoes malfunctioning without using an electrical means. SOLUTION: A primary side of the drainage means 5 is connected to a water source 1 and a secondary side is equipped with sprinkler heads 4. When fire sensors 21 installed near the sprinkler heads 4 are actuated, an open/close valve 3 is opened. The drainage means drains liquid in the secondary side when the pressure on the secondary side of the open/close valve reduces to a pressure lower than a first pressure. A pressure reduction circulation means supplies water from the primary side to the secondary side when the pressure on the secondary side of the open/close valve 3 reduces to a second pressure higher than the first pressure.
