APPARATUS AND PROGRAM FOR EVALUATING STATE CHANGE IN ORGAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To especially provide an apparatus and a program capable of evaluating whether a revascularization therapy is progressed or not by evaluating a change from a state before the revascularization therapy to a state after the revascularization therapy in the apparatus and the program evaluating the state change of the organ. SOLUTION: This program allows a computer to execute an evaluation process evaluating the state change in the organ. The evaluation process includes: a step (S21) acquiring first image data obtained by capturing the image of the organ under a first state and second image data obtained by capturing the image of the organ under a second state being different from the first state; steps (S22 and S23) binarizing and thinning the first image data and the second image data respectively; a step (S24) extracting characteristic points from the binarized and thinned first image data and extracting characteristic points from the binarized and thinned second image data; and a step (S25) evaluating the state change in the organ based on the characteristic points extracted from the binarized and thinned first image data and the characteristic points extracted from the binarized and thinned second image data.
