PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing Agaricus blazei, decreasing a chance of break of plastic bottles, increasing yield, and raising a quality level. SOLUTION: This method for culturing Agaricus blazei comprises following steps of making spawn, inoculating the spawn to a plastic bottle followed by culturing, transplanting the plastic bottle on soil followed by covering the soil, watering to keep humidity of a field after hyphae come out, inducing after the hyphae spread in the plastic bottle, keeping ventilation and humidity in a seedbed when carpophores grow to 3-4mm size, and finally harvesting the product. In the steps, the plastic bottle is placed sideways on the seedbed, an incision is made on a bag of the plastic bottle in order to avoid absorption of surplus moisture, and the spawn does not touch germs, so it is possible to decrease of a chance of break of the plastic bottle, further increase yield, raise a quality level of a product and extend a harvesting time.
