<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a top cover from being closed due to own weight, by adjusting the holding force of a gas spring, independently of component replacement, when holding the top cover in a prescribed open position by the gas spring. <P>SOLUTION: A gas spring 110 has one end part supported by a support part 112 of a top cover 102 and has the other end part supported by a housing 11. A weight member 120 is provided on the inside of the top cover 102, and a ball screw 124 is provided in a direction orthogonal to a holding part 122 of the weight member 120. A revolving shaft 132 is provided in a direction orthogonal to the ball screw 124, and a driving force is transmitted from the revolving shaft 132 to the ball screw 124 via a worm gear 130. When the revolving shaft 132 is rotated, the ball screw 124 is rotated via worm gear 130, and the weight member 120 is moved along a guide member 126 in a direction of arrow A.
