<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium having a printable label layer which is good in color developing properties, gloss and drying properties of ink and is capable of recording by inkjet recording. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording medium has an optical information recording layer, a ground layer and the printable label layer on a substrate. The printable label layer comprises an inorganic fine particle with a mean secondary particle diameter of 500 nm or less and a resin binder with a keto group.
