SEISMIC CAPACITY EVALUATION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a seismic capacity evaluation which is compound by taking into consideration ground situations particular to regions and the kind of an earthquake when an earthquake occurs and which is the evaluation in terms of a ground surface by including buildings in its surroundings and to display an evaluation result of the degree of a risk in relation to a map.

SOLUTION: The risk of the building is decided on the basis of construction kind information and a year of the completion of the building extracted from a building information table 2 of a server A, and position information and earthquake information on the building with earthquake strength information extracted from a map database 3 as a parameter. The degree of the risk is displayed on a map of the surroundings including the building to a display 1 of a user terminal B.
