<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a system capable of finding an alternative part and accurately calculating procurement of maintenance parts regarding production discontinued parts and maintenance parts necessary during a maintenance period of products. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic order system for maintenance parts has a computer which is connected with a network and mounted with a calculation program. Upon entering discontinued production information of the parts from a terminal of a part maker at the production stop of the parts, the automatic order system projects the number of future product production necessary until the production stop of the products based on database of products/parts quantity information management for managing production records/parts structure/stock information of the products, database of part specification information management for managing detailed specifications of the parts, and database of distribution parts stock management for managing the distribution stock of the parts, and examines existence of an alternative part of the production discontinued part, takes into consideration of substitution or stocks by supplying determination information for propriety of the substitution, prepares an answer of the substitution or stocks, and automatically prepares a format of the stocks covering from the existence of market stocks to an automatic order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
