<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a piezoelectric diaphragm capable of reducing the number of mounting parts, and maintaining an appropriate contact status between the piezoelectric diaphragm and a cavity. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting structure 90 for the piezoelectric diaphragm maintains a piezoelectric diaphragm 11 having a piezoelectric element 11b formed on one surface side of a plate 11a between a housing 50 (75) of an electronic apparatus 10 and a cover member 20 having a cavity 21 which resonates with the piezoelectric diaphragm. Associating portions 26 and 92 are formed at each of the housing and the cover member, as a joint structure 91 for connecting the housing and the cover member each other.
