<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient communications between mobile terminals which cannot directly communicate caused by communication obstacles in mobile communications. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication apparatus which includes a wireless transmitting and receiving device 9 provided in a mobile terminal has a camera 6 which detects objects surrounding the mobile terminal, and an image processing part 7 which detects the degree of communication troubles surrounding the mobile terminal based on the situations of the surrounding objects detected by the camera 6. In addition, the mobile communication apparatus also has a relay processing part 16 which transmits information received by the wireless transmitting and receiving device 9 from it, and a relay waiting time processing part 15 which appropriately configures the time until the information received by the wireless transmitting and receiving device 9 is transmitted from it in the relay processing part 16 depending on the degree of communication troubles detected by the image processing part 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
