PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling structure that can effectively suppress a rise in the temperature of a rotor, and thereby can effectively raise an output of a motor. SOLUTION: The structure includes: a heat circulation device 1 that is arranged over the inside of the rotor 5 toward the counter-output side 9 of the motor 10, and performs heat exchange by using a circulable heat transmission medium; and a heat dissipation means 2 that is arranged at the counter-output side 9 of a rotating shaft 7 of the motor 10, and dissipates heat transmitted by the heat circulation device 1. The heat circulation device 1 receives heat in a region in the rotor 5, dissipates the heat in a region in the position of the heat dissipation means 2, and can suitably use a heat pipe.
