PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which the assignment of pins in an integrated circuit can be changed over with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit is provided with a plurality of pins to which respective functions are assigned, and which have buffer types corresponding to the functions.
