PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a disk device having a small area where a flexible substrate is disposed and which is required for a casing is requested thinning and weight-reduction in a disk device for executing reproducing/recording to a disk shaped storage medium. SOLUTION: This disk device includes a casing, a tray 5 set up movably in the casing, and a wiring board for interconnecting terminals respectively set up in the casing and the tray 5.
