PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for easily and efficiently achieving the start of a basic program which is not provided with any I/O system. SOLUTION: This computer system for implementing a basic program for providing the implementing environment of a program is provided with a storage device for storing setting data in which the information of data necessary in the case of start is described for each basic program and data necessary in the case of start are stored. This computer system is configured to read setting data of the basic program as the object of start from the storage device, and to acquire the data necessary in the case of start based on the information described in the setting data, and to store the data in a memory space accessible from the basic program as the object of start, and to execute the start processing of the basic program as the object of start.
