PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating mount capable of restricting a relative displacement of two members in any directions even in the case of using only one vibration isolating mount with a stopper 4. SOLUTION: The stopper 4 includes a base part 41 overlayed on a first attaching member 1, a first side part 42, a second side part 43 and a bottom part 44. The first side part 42 is provided at an end side of the base part 41 and engaged with the second attaching member 2 in a first X direction and a first Y direction and does not engage with it in a second X direction and a second Y direction. The second side part 43 is provided at another end side of the base part 41 and engages with the second attaching member 2 in the second X direction and the second Y direction and does not engages with it in the first X direction and the first Y direction. A bottom part 44 is provided for at least either of the first side part 42 and the second side part 43 and engages with the second attaching member 2 in a second Z direction.
