PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit capable of stably holding a joint bar for fixing the gap between a wall and a beam or the wall and a column before a prefabricated beam reinforcement is dropped into a form and smoothly transferring the joint bar into the beam reinforcement after the beam reinforcement is dropped into the form. SOLUTION: The resin-made unit comprises one section fitted and fixed on a horizontal reinforcing bar of a wall and the other section capable of holding the joint bar for fixing without looseness.
