PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface panel which is light and enables a plurality of elongated resin base materials to be fitted and has a high degree of freedom of a shape and structurally light and has good surface strength, antifouling property, and scratch resistance and further has a small amount of VOC (volatile organic chemical compound) and is easily executed and allows a fitting part to be hardly released after fitting and enables electric wiring to be easily executed in accordance with uses and is easily recycled when wasted. SOLUTION: Metallic receiving materials with a fitting shape at both ends are fitted to the resin base material with at least one fitting shape between both the ends, and their rear surfaces are fixed to a wall surface through a furring strip to form the wall surface panel.
