PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structural body having a tube frame composed of a novel basic structure capable of ensuring excellent stability in its structure and excellent earthquake resistance and realizing larger degree of freedom in design than that of a conventional building structural body by a tube frame in a building, in particular, a high-rise building and a skyscraper. SOLUTION: This building structural body has the outer peripheral tube frame 1 forming a main frame by joining hexagonal structure units like a honeycomb rigidly, and the hexagonal structure unit includes a column and a beam or a part of a slab. To explain concretely, this hexagonal structure unit is constituted by arranging two sides for connecting two oblique columns inclined in the reverse directions for each other for the vertical direction in symmetry on the left and right sides, respectively, and arranging either of the beam and a part of the slab on an upper side and a lower side along the horizontal direction, respectively.
