PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish preparation of an efficient transportation schedule without largely changing a working order so far taking into consideration an area in an area split type delivery schedule preparation system for preparing the transportation schedule of a vehicle for collecting or delivering a cargo between a physical distribution center and a collection/delivery side base. SOLUTION: In preparation of the transportation schedule of the transportation vehicle, when it is determined whether or not a cargo can be allotted to the transportation vehicle, the determination is performed making that at least one area to which both of a collection/delivery side base of the cargo already allotted to the transportation vehicle and a collection/delivery side base of the cargo, i.e., the object to be determined belong exists as requirement condition for determining that the cargo can be allotted to the transportation vehicle. A plurality of areas to which the bases belong can be designated and placement of the cargo on a truck is limited to the cargo of the same area and of no area designation.
