PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage pouch with a straw, easy to be unsealed, hygienically excellent in drinking a beverage, and free from the leakage of the beverage. SOLUTION: The beverage pouch has a straw 2 for sucking out a beverage covered with a cover 3 and attached to the upper part of a body 1 filled with the beverage. A single cover film 6 is two-folded and a lower part on its crease is pinched between body films 4 of the body 1 to form the cover 3. The double-structured straw 2 is inserted inside the cover film 6. An outer pipe 7 of the straw 2, the cover film 6 and the body film 4 are thermocompression-bonded. Spaces in each of which the cover 3 can turn upward from the straw 2 are formed on both sides of the straw 2. A cut line 9 for cutting the cover film 6 is formed on the lower part of the cover 3.
