PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a motorcycle capable of adjusting the height of a seat for a driver with a simple configuration, and simplifying countermeasures for a space between the seat for the driver and a rear seat for a passenger. SOLUTION: A rear bottom plate 41 of a pillion seat 32 extends forward of a vehicle body and downward of a main seat 31, and a height adjusting mechanism 50 of the main seat 31 is provided on an extension part 45 below the seat of the rear bottom plate 41. The height adjusting mechanism 50 has front upper and lower step-like parts 46, 48 and rear upper and lower step-like parts 47, 49 to be engaged with each other on the rear bottom plate 41 and the front bottom plate 43.
