PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite olefin sheet which is suitable for imparting flame retardency, easily subjected to the wast treatment, and produced at a low cost, and also to provide a composite reinforced non-woven fabric suitable for the above sheet. SOLUTION: On at least one surface of a mesh sheet (1) containing a polyolefin resin is laminated fiber meshes (2, 3) containing a polyolefin fiber, to form a composite non-woven fabric uniformly with the mesh sheet (1), and an olefin resin layer (4) is laminated on at least one surface of the composite non-woven fabric. On both surfaces of the mesh sheet are preferably laminated a fiber web containing a polyolefin fiber, and the mesh sheet and the fiber web are preferably integrated by water stream confounding.
