For use in a communication system having at least one enterprise server fo r facilitating communications and delivery of services to users of handheld mobile communication devices and an administrative program for managing the enterprise server, the improvement comprising an automated script for testing operation of the administration software by automatically executing operations and verifying results of these operations.
