The apparatus has a pair of articulated bars (5) and dorsal support cushion (2), which are fixed to a wall through a screw (6), where the bars are equipped with a non-skid handle (8) at the end. A wall mounting support (1) comprises a swivel pin (3) for permitting the articulation of the bars. A locking ratchet maintains the bars in the right angle with respect to the wall and permits a user to select between an exercise position and storage position.
