Demonstrating a specific antibody/antigen complex formation comprises: filling a viscous substance into a reactor to partly coat the inclined wall of the reactor; contacting the obtained viscous solution having the antibody with the magnetic particles carrying the antigen; incubating the reactor until complex formation; applying a magnetic field to the reactor and agitating the reactor so that the magnetic particles are led towards the bottom and/or the inclined wall of the reactor; and taking a reading of the obtained image at the bottom and/or at the coated inclined wall of the reactor. Demonstration process of a specific antibody/antigen complex formed by the reaction of an antibody present in a solution and an antigen bound to magnetic particles in a reactor having open top and closed bottom, where a portion heading towards the bottom decreases to form an inclined wall, which is partly coated with an anti-immunoglobulin or other compounds capable of binding with the antibody of the complex comprises: filling a viscous substance or a homogeneous gel in to the reactor to partly coat the inclined wall; contacting the obtained viscous solution or suspension containing the antibody with the magnetic particles carrying or likely to carry the antigen; incubating the reactor until the complex formation; applying a magnetic field to the reactor and agitating the reactor, in such manner that the magnetic particles are led towards the bottom and/or the inclined wall of reactor; and taking reading of the obtained image at the bottom of the reactor and/or at the coated inclined wall by eyes and/or any other reading system, where the images demonstrates presence or absence of the specific antibody/antigen complex. Independent claims are included for: (1) a demonstration device of the complex comprises a reactor or a set of reactors opened towards the top and closed bottom and of which the section decreases in the neighboring zone of the bottom to form an inclined wall extending towards the bottom, where each reactor is filled partly by a viscous substance or a gel, a magnet or a set of magnets located externally under the reactor and coupled with the rotating agitating system of the reactors, optionally, an incubator to regulate the temperature of reactor, and optionally, a reader to evaluate the presence and the localization of magnetic erythrocytes at the end of the reaction of each reactor; and (2) a kit for the demonstration of the specific complex comprising a reacting agent comprising a suspension of coated magnetic particles or to be coated with the antigen, the reactor or the set of reactors, a container containing the viscous solution or the gel, or optionally each reactor is filled partly by the viscous substance or of the gel, and optionally, the magnet or the set of magnets.
|
