PURPOSE: A rotary incinerator for low heating value of waste and a fuzzy expert control system therefore are provided to economically and stably treat low heating value of waste by using fuzzy expert control system and oxygen-rich combustion air. CONSTITUTION: Oxygen generated by certain separation process or absorptive separation process, or liquefied oxygen is regulated and transferred to an air pipe by a flow meter or mass flow regulating valve so that oxygen-rich air is manufactured by mixing with combustion air supplied to low heating value of waste. Obtained oxygen-rich air is supplied to the low heating value of waste by an oxygen-rich air supply unit. Concentration of oxygen in the oxygen-rich air amounts 21 to 50 vol%. The air pipe is positioned on a middle portion of an air supply pipe. |
