The CENTAURO constructive system includes three elements prefabricated in series of galvanized sheet, Cintroalum or tropicalized sheet, said elements being joined together by a mortising system, and screwed to panel sections made of cellular concrete or other material, thereby forming walls and slabs, and reducing the construction time in about 85%, as well as masonry, plumbing and electrical works required in the building. The drawing of Fig. 8 describes the following steps: 1. Anchoring a channel guide to a foundation slab using a percussion hammer. 2. Forming columns using two single connectors, or one single connector and one compound connector, screwed together along the whole column structure (Fig.2 "C"), as well as to the floor channel guide (Fig.3 and Fig. 8), said connectors being arranged at predetermined modular distances. 3. Mortising wall-panel sections to the columns so that walls are formed. 4. Screwing a column to the floor channel guide and pressure-mortising the same to the aforementioned wall-panel sections. 5. Mortising the next wall-panel section to the next column. 6. Mortising the remaining columns to the remaining wall-panel sections until a required portion is completed. 7. Screwing a closure chain (similar to the column) over the columns and wall-panel so as to be stiffened and receiving beams and a roof slab-panel, this latter element simultaneously receiving columns and wall-panel sections useful for a second floor. 8. The slab is formed by using beams similar to the columns, the beams being located over the columns, and subsequently screwed and perpendicularly mortised within the closure chains. 9. The slab-panel is supported between two beams and mortised to each of said beams, thereby forming the floor or roof slab, the abovementioned wall system being repeated. 10. Performing an aperture in walls and slabs for receiving an electrical or water pipe located either inside or outside the walls, or above and below the slabs. The assembly of walls and slabs of a two-floor housing having four bedrooms may be built in three days provided that the following elements of the invention are prefabricated: Guide channel, Columns (chains and beams), and Panels for Wall-panel and Slab-panel; the plumbing and electricity works are factory-made; doors and windows are also prefabricated including the assembly of bath and kitchen furniture. The finishing works for walls, soffits and roofs require 10 additional days.
