<p>The device has a cell (15) to detect shift of a position of a handle (n+i) located in upstream of a handle (n) during installation, with respect to a theoretical position of the handle (n+i) related to multiple nominal lengths. An extension unit extends length of a rotary arm (18) beyond the nominal length for drawing a portion of an adhesive ribbon (7) to a length greater than the nominal length, during rotation of the arm. - The shift of position of the handle (n+i) is due to extension of the handle (n) beyond the nominal length. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method to install a carrying handle on a load such as pack of multiple water bottles, displaced on a belt conveyor.</p> |
