The device has a multilayer printed circuit board (14) fixed to a case (2), and having outer and inner sides with printed circuits (16, 18) connected to outer and inner electrical connectors (23, 24), respectively. The circuits are interconnected by metallic holes (25) traversing the board by being isolated from an intermediate side (19). Filtering components (26) are inserted in the circuits at immediate proximity of the holes. An independent claim is also included for a metallic case arranged for containing electronic equipments suitable for radiating electromagnetically and/or sensitive to exterior electromagnetic interferences.
