<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord-stranding machine capable of directly linking its secondary working process. <P>SOLUTION: This cord-stranding machine is equipped with a strand-feeding bobbin (2) mounted on a cradle (1), a bow-shaped flyer (3) rotated around the surroundings of the cradle (1), a first hollow horizontal main shaft (5) mounted on the one end of the bow-shaped flyer (3) through a first flyer-mounting member (4), a first twist-imparting and guiding roller (8) for giving twists for a first time on 7 pieces of strands (W1) to make a once twisted strands (W2), a second hollow horizontal main shaft (7) mounted on the another end of the bow-shaped flyer (3) through a second flyer-mounting member (6), a second twist-imparting and guiding roller (9) mounted on the second hollow horizontal main shaft (7) and imparting twists for the second time on the once twisted strands (W2) to form a prescribed twisted strands (T1), a capstan (a) arranged in the frontal direction of the second hollow horizontal main shaft (7) and a strand tension-adjusting device (10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
