PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for putting out an injection drug capable of facilitating a replenishing work by correctly and easily grasping the amount of injection drug ampules. SOLUTION: This device for putting out the injection drug 1 comprises a taking out device 5 for taking out the injection drug ampule 4 charged at a top position; a pusher 33B for giving pushing force in the direction of the top injection drug ampule 4 relatively to the injection drug ampule 4 parallel charged at a last position in a cassette and moving in the direction of the injection drug ampule 4 at the top position when taking out the top injection drug ampule 4 by the taking out device 5; a position detecting element 61 (PSD) for radiating a laser beam to the pusher 33b and outputting the condensing position of reflection light from the pusher 33B as an electric signal; and a signal amplifier 65 for amplifying an electric signal from the position detecting element 61. The signal from the signal amplifier 65 is converted into position information on the pusher 33B so as to measure the number of the injection drug ampules in the cassette 2.
