PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor microphone provided with a microphone case made of a casting wherein the specific resistance of the surface of the microphone case is surely reduced to stabilize a shield function of the microphone case. SOLUTION: In the capacitor microphone provided with the cylindrical microphone case 10 inside of which a board including a sound output circuit connected to a capacitor microphone unit is contained and on one end of which an output connector is mounted, the microphone case 10 is formed by casting, and a conductor layer 10b whose specific resistance is lower than that of the material of the microphone case 10 is integrally formed on a casting surface side 10a at the outer surface side of the microphone case 10.
