PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive sheet that thermal conductivity is high and dimensional stability is satisfactory, the sheet is soft, load characteristics are also satisfactory, and any crack hardly occur by using a polymer composition in which a low molecular weight compound, such as a monomer, and an oligomer hardly bleeds out, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The thermal conductive sheet with an acrylic polymer in which a thermal conductive filler is blended as a principal component, an internal layer or one side of the sheet is an adhesive elastic layer (1) containing no solvent, and a hardened thin film (2) is integrated, with at least one surface section being selected from the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet.
