PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure in components for improving appearance even if a plurality of members are joined without any gaps regardless of the manufacturing error in components, and to provide electronic equipment. SOLUTION: An opposing surface 61A in a second panel component 212 is formed nearly flatly. A first panel component 211 is set to be a tapered surface 51B in which thickness dimensions increase from one end side to the other near the mounting tool of an opposing surface 51A. By joining both the components by the mounting tool, the opposing surfaces 51A, 61A of the second panel component 212 and the first panel component 211 become closer from the other end side to one end side. In the second panel component 212, its wall section 212B is continuously energized in a direction in which the gap between the first panel component 211 and a wall section 211B becomes small.
