PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cover having the design taste different from that of a conventional one. SOLUTION: According to the wheel cover 20, a center portion in the width direction in a spoke part 13 is exposed via a slit part 27, and the design taste is different from that of a conventional wheel cover of covering the entire steel wheel 10, and the novel appearance can be provided. In addition, an edge of a wheel window part 14 of the steel wheel 10 is covered by an arch part 22 of the wheel cover 20, a center portion of a hub fitting part 12 is covered by a center cap 28, and a portion of relatively poor appearance can be covered by the steel wheel 10.
