PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion device of image data in agreement with a color space image. SOLUTION: The color conversion device of the image data includes a user interface in which three or more hue regions are prepared on a color specification flat surface, and which arranges operation knobs 502-507 for setting the color transformation on the strength on each of this region (U-I/F); a display means for showing the transformation state of the color space by the arrangement state of the operation knob on the U-I/F; a first calculation means which calculates the values of the hue of each pixel, saturation, and intensity from the image data (step 802); a conversion means which performs the output linear transformation of the values of the hue, the saturation, and the intensity which the first calculation means computes in response to setting values on the strength computed from the amount of movements on U-I/F setting before of the operation knob, and after setting, and a position relation between adjacency operation knobs after setting (steps 803-805); and a second calculation means which computes the image data after the transformation from the values of the hue, the saturation, and the intensity which are acquired by this conversion means (step 806).
