PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stress concentration on a male screw portion. SOLUTION: This lock nut 9 has a fastening portion 13 provided with a female screw 19 and a cylindrical portion 15 integrally provided on the fastening portion 13. It is used for threading and joining a female screw portion 7 of a tie-rod end 5 to the male screw portion 3 of a tie-rod 1 which connects a steering shaft between wheels in a steering possible manner. The fastening portion 13 is threaded to the male screw portion 3 to be fastened to the tie-rod end 5.
