PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an extracted air boosting facility in an integrated gasification combined cycle plant, performing a sufficient pressure control function and an antisurge control function. SOLUTION: For example, in a second control part 42 of the control device for the extracted air boosting facility, pressure control for controlling the opening of an antisurge valve 13 to equalize a booster outlet pressure detected value P2 with a set pressure Pset, is performed instead of or together with the antisurge control based on a pressure deviationΔP when an inlet guide vane 12 is fully closed or has a small opening of a predetermined opening or smaller. Also in the second control part, when a pressure ratio P2/P1 is higher than a set pressure ratio P2/P1set, it is effective in performing the antisurge control even though the inlet guide vane 12 is fully closed.
