PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedrock ground water intake installation capable of surely preventing the fresh water lens from being brined. SOLUTION: A source of water intake is the fresh water lens 3 forming ground water consisting of fresh water into a convex lens, the fresh water lens 3 is stabilized in a state to float it on seawater infiltrated into the high water permeable bedrock 1. The bedrock ground water intake installation is equipped with a water injection hole 7 bored in an approximately horizontal radiation-shape toward the fresh water lens 3 from a lower rank position of a shaft 5 excavated downward around the bottom of the fresh water lens 3 from the ground surface and a collecting hole 6 bored in the approximately horizontal radiation-shape toward the fresh water lens 3 from the shaft 5 and extended upward of the water injection hole 7 in the fresh water lens 3. The lower rank section of the shaft 5 becomes a water absorption tank 5a for storing ground water collected by the collecting hole 6, and a lift pumping means consisting of a lifting pumping pipe 9 placed up to the ground from the water absorption tank 5a and a lifting pump 8 connected to the end of the lifting pumping pipe 9 is provided to the inside of the shaft 5.
