PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt positioning fitting which is manufactured at a lower cost, facilitates attachment/detachment of anchor bolts, and enables correct embedding of the anchor bolts. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt positioning fitting 1 is formed of a pair of long form holders 10 which are arranged on an upper portion of a steel form, and anchor bolt fixtures 20 which are arranged between the form holders 10, for detachably holding the anchor bolts 40 therein. The form holders 10 have connectors 15 for connecting to another set of the form holders 10, and height adjusting sections for maintaining the anchor bolts in a horizontally aligned state.
